Steps:
- Coarsely puree 1 cup grapes in processor. Transfer to sieve and press to extract 1/2 cup grape juice (discard solids). Cut remaining 1/2 cup grapes in half. Place flour in shallow baking dish. Dip tomato slices into flour, turning to coat. Sprinkle coated tomato slices with salt and pepper. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in each of 2 large skillets over medium-high heat. Add half of garlic to each skillet and saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add 4 tomato slices to each skillet and fry until coating is golden, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer 2 tomato slices to each of 4 plates. Add grape juice, grape halves, and tomato sauce to 1 skillet. Whisk over medium-high heat until mixture comes to boil and thickens slightly, about 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon sauce over tomatoes on each plate. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
