Savory Roasted Potatoes image

This has been one of my favorites for a very long time. If you want something more than mashed or just a baked potato, then this is it.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 lbs potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
chopped garlic
seasoning salt
fresh ground pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon parsley flakes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Peel potatoes and cut into cubes, set aside.
  • Lightly spray baking dish with spray cooking oil.
  • Place melted butter in baking dish.
  • Add potatoes, stir until evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, garlic, seasoned salt, pepper and parsley over top of potatoes.
  • Cover and bake 35 - 45 minutes or until potatoes are crusty and browned.

I've made this recipe several times and it always turns out great. The potatoes are always crispy and flavorful. I like to add a little bit of garlic powder and onion powder to the seasoning mix. I also like to use a variety of potatoes, such as Yuko
