These scalloped potatoes were a huge disappointment. The potatoes were undercooked and the sauce was watery. I won't be making this recipe again.

The scalloped potatoes were a bit too cheesy for my taste. I think I would use less cheese next time.

The scalloped potatoes were good, but not great. The potatoes were a bit dry, and the sauce was a bit too thick. I think I would try a different recipe next time.

I've made this recipe several times, and it's always a hit. The potatoes are always cooked evenly, and the cheese sauce is so creamy and flavorful. I like to add a bit of chopped ham or bacon for extra flavor.
