1 clove garlic
1 tbsp grated onion
16 small scallops, cleaned and soaked in milk for 30 minutes
2/3 lbs tagliatelle
2/3 c dry white wine
2 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley
salt and white pepper
2/3 c cream
4 oz smoked salmon, julienned
