This gazpacho was a great way to use up leftover seafood. I had some shrimp, scallops, and mussels that I needed to use up, and this recipe was the perfect solution. The soup was delicious and I will definitely be making it again.

The soup was a little bland. I think it could have used more seasoning.

This gazpacho was a bit too fishy for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less seafood and more vegetables.
