I had some leftover puff pastry so I used that instead of the phyllo dough. The tartlets still turned out great.

I appreciate that this recipe can be made in advance and refrigerated until ready to serve. It makes it a great option for busy weeknights.

This is a very affordable dish, especially if you use frozen seafood. I was able to make a dozen tartlets for less than $20.

I'm a big fan of spicy food so I added some cayenne pepper and paprika to the sauce. It gave the dish a nice kick and really made the flavors pop.

I made a few changes to the recipe to make it healthier. I used low-fat cream cheese and milk, and I added some chopped vegetables to the filling. They still tasted great and I felt good about eating them.

I love the combination of seafood in this dish. The crab, shrimp, and salmon all work together so well. I also really like the creamy sauce.

These are a great party appetizer! I was looking for something that was easy to make and could be served cold, which makes it perfect for summer entertaining.

I've made these seafood tartlets several times and they're always a hit with family and friends. They're so easy to make, yet they look and taste like they came from a fancy restaurant.
