1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cups carrots, thinly sliced
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted and chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
salt

Steps:

  • Saute carrots, garlic and ginger in sesame oil, over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Add sesame seeds.
  • Cover and saute for another 3 minutes or until carrots are heated but still crisp.
  • Serve.
