1 lb fresh green beans
1 medium red bell pepper (or yellow), cut into 1/4-inch strips
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil

Steps:

  • 1. Trim green beans and blanch in boiling water about 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • 2. Place in a serving bowl with bell pepper and toss with remaining ingredients.
  • 3. Chill or serve room temperature.
