Sesame Soy Cream Cheese Spread. image

I got this from a friend years ago. Super simple to make. The combination sounds weird, but it works. Use more or less soy sauce to you taste. I like to serve this with Triscuit crackers. This needs to be made at least 4 hours ahead of serving time, but overnight is best. This will last a week in the refrigerator, covered. Enjoy!

I followed the recipe exactly and the spread turned out too runny. I had to add more cream cheese to thicken it up.

This spread is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of sugar next time.

I'm not a big fan of sesame seeds, but I still enjoyed this spread. The soy sauce and cream cheese balance out the sesame flavor nicely.
