2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon water
1 shallot
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Chill and serve over salad.
