Steps:
- In lg skillet, cook sausage over med heat until no longer pink; drain. Spread in ungreased 11x7 baking dish. Top with tater tots; sprinkle with cheese. In lg bowl, beat eggs, milk, onion, pepper & garlic powder just until blended. Pour over cheese. Cover & bake at 350 for 30 min. Uncover; bake 20-25 min. longer. Top with tomato. Sprinkle with cheese.
