Shoepeg Corn Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 can(s) french style green beans
1 can(s) shoe peg corn
1 small carton sour cream
1 can(s) cream of celery soup
1 small chopped onion
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1 stack ritz crackers
1 stick margarine

Steps:

  • 1. drain beans and corn mix add salt and pepper to taste, < Pour into 2-quart casserole. mix sour cream, celery and onions. Pour over beans an corn. Sprinkle cheese over top.
  • 2. Crush crackers, sprinkle over cheese, then driz melted margarine over crackers. Place in a 350 degree oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
