Shrimp, Avocado & Asparagus Salad image

This is a beautiful and refreshing salad fo any occasion. This is simply yummy at it's best! Cooking with Passion, sw:)

Number Of Ingredients 14

1 lb shrimp, cooked & shelled
1 large avocado, sliced
1/2 lb asparagus, blanched and sliced
2 medium roma tomatoes, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated
1 pkg italian blend salad mix
VINAIGRETTE
1/3 c olive oil, extra virgin
2 Tbsp lemon juice, fresh
1/2 tsp oregano, dried
2 pinch cumin **more or less**
smoked sea salt & course black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Gently toss salad ingredients together. Drizzle with dressing and enjoy!
