So easy to make and so delicious! I used a mix of honeydew and cantaloupe melons, and added a bit of extra lime juice. Perfect for a light lunch or summer side dish.

This shrimp melon salad was a hit at my last summer party! The combination of sweet melon, juicy shrimp, and tangy dressing was so refreshing and delicious. My guests couldn't get enough of it. I'll definitely be making this again soon.
