Spicy Raspberry Jelly Dip image

Easy spicy raspberry dip made with the help of a food processor. Serve with a nice cheese ball and crackers.

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
½ red chile pepper, seeded and chopped
2 cups raspberry preserves
1 cup raspberry syrup
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Steps:

  • In the container of a food processor or blender, combine the jalapeno pepper and red chile pepper. Pulse until finely chopped. Transfer to a serving dish, and mix in the raspberry preserves, raspberry syrup and apple cider vinegar. Taste, and adjust amounts to suit your palate.
