Loved the combination of silken tofu and carrots. The soy-ginger sauce was a perfect complement. Will definitely make this again!

Quick and easy! Made this for a weeknight dinner and it was a success. The tofu and carrots were cooked perfectly and the sauce was flavorful. I added a little bit of chili flakes for a bit of heat. Will definitely make this again.
