1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons honey
salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Steps:

  • In a jar, add all ingredient and mix well. Shake again just before serving.
