Absolutely delicious. The sauce makes the meal. It is very versatile, working with chicken or grilled vegetables. From the September 2010 issue of Women's Health magazine.

This recipe is a keeper! The shallot mustard sauce is so easy to make and adds so much flavor to the steak. I used a flank steak instead of a sirloin steak, and it turned out just as good. Served it with a salad and some crusty bread. Yum!
