This recipe is from 'Madame Wong's Long-Life Chinese Cookbook', which I received free when given an electric West Bend wok as a wedding gift. I've been making broccoli this way for years. It's a quick, easy, healthy recipe.

Overall, I thought this recipe was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

I added a bit of grated Parmesan cheese to the broccoli before serving, and it was delicious.

I was surprised at how well the broccoli held up in the microwave. It didn't get mushy or overcooked.

I'm not a big fan of broccoli, but I actually enjoyed this recipe. The lemon juice and garlic really brightened up the flavor.

The broccoli was a little bland for my taste, but I easily fixed that by adding a bit of salt and pepper.
