4 ears of fresh corn
6 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

I'm not a huge fan of corn on the cob, but this recipe changed my mind. The parmesan and cilantro topping is amazing!

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover corn on the cob. I usually have some left over after a BBQ and this is a great way to use it up.

This recipe was a fail. The corn was undercooked and the parmesan and cilantro topping was bland.

Meh, it was okay. The corn was a bit overcooked for my taste and the parmesan and cilantro didn't really add much flavor.

Not a fan of cilantro, so I omitted it from the recipe. The corn still turned out great! The parmesan added a nice cheesy flavor.
