I would definitely make these ribs again, but I would reduce the amount of hoisin sauce by half.

Overall, I thought this recipe was pretty good. The ribs were tender and flavorful, but the sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste.

I think I might have overcooked my ribs. They were still tasty, but they were a bit too fall-off-the-bone for my liking.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my ribs turned out dry and tough.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my ribs didn't turn out as tender as I would have liked.

These ribs were a bit too sweet for my taste, but I'm sure they would be great for people who like sweeter ribs.

I'm not a huge fan of hoisin sauce, but I really enjoyed these ribs. The sauce was sweet and tangy, but not overpowering.

These ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and had a delicious sweet and savory flavor. The hoisin sauce was the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and tangy.
