This recipe is a bit too spicy for my taste. I would recommend using less cayenne pepper.

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. Everyone loves the smoky flavor of the ham hocks and the tenderness of the black-eyed peas.

This recipe was a disappointment. The black-eyed peas were mushy and the greens were tough. I wouldn't recommend this recipe.

I followed the recipe exactly and the dish turned out great! The only thing I would change is to add a little bit more salt and pepper to taste.

These black-eyed peas and greens were a hit with my family! The flavors were so rich and savory, and the texture was perfect. I especially loved the addition of the bacon and smoked sausage. Will definitely be making this again!
