I loved the way this cobbler smelled while it was cooking. It made my whole house smell like peaches.

I cooked the cobbler for 4 hours on low, and it was perfect. I think cooking it for any longer would have made the peaches too soft.

I made this cobbler in a 9x13 inch pan, and it was too big. I think it would be better to make it in a smaller pan, like an 8x8 inch pan.

I had some trouble finding ripe peaches. I think the cobbler would have been better if I had used riper peaches.

This cobbler was a bit bland. I think I would add some spices, like cinnamon or nutmeg, next time.

I found that the cobbler topping was a bit dry. I think I would add a little more butter or oil next time.

This cobbler was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would reduce the amount of sugar next time.
