Steps:
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, old bay, vinegar and oil until smooth. Add shallots, red pepper, celery, onions and smoked fish. Process on low until just mixed (or hand mix). Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
