I followed the recipe exactly and found the salsa to be a bit too spicy for my taste. Next time, I'll reduce the amount of jalapeños. Other than that, it was a great recipe and I enjoyed the smoky flavor.

This salsa verde is *fire*! ? I love the bold flavors and the fact that it's made with all fresh ingredients. I used it to make chicken fajitas and it was a total hit. Definitely a new favorite recipe!

I was hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a huge fan of spicy food. But I'm so glad I did! The smokiness of the roasted tomatillos really mellows out the heat, and the salsa has a really nice, complex flavor. I'll definitely be making this ag

This salsa verde is a total *chef's kiss*! It's smoky, spicy, and has the perfect amount of tang. I used it on tacos, enchiladas, and even as a dipping sauce for tortilla chips. It was a hit every time.
