Smoky Thousand Island Dressing image

Thousand Island dressing was a take it or leave it option for me until I tried this smoky & spicy version. This is now my go to dressing for Reuben sandwiches and Chef Salads.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 hard boiled egg
1/2 c mayonnaise
3 Tbsp milk
3 Tbsp chili sauce
2 Tbsp dill relish
1 Tbsp finely chopped red bell pepper
1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tsp chipotle chilies in adobo, very finely minced
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Mash hard-boiled egg with fork in a small bowl into very small crumbly pieces.
  • 2. Stir in remaining dressing ingredients.
  • 3. Chill until serving.
