Steps:
- 1. Take a zipper bag and crush about 4-6 graham crackers really fine. This will be on the bottom of the brownies. Any left can be sprinkled on top as well.
- 2. Put a layer of graham cracker crumbs down (about 1/2 cup).
- 3. Fix brownie mix as suggested on the box. Then put the brownie mix in on top of the graham cracker.
- 4. Bake the brownies at the time and temperature on the box, but pull out the brownies about 2-3 minutes before they are done (where the toothpick does not completely come out clean).
- 5. Put the mini-marshmallows across the top of the pan until it is covered with a layer. Then pop them back into the oven for about 4-7 minutes or until the marshmallows have melted a little and turned brown.
- 6. Then sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top. Garnish the top with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and any leftover graham cracker crumbs.
