SNOW PEA AND CARROT STIR FRY image

1 tsp dark sesame oil
1 8oz package snow peas
2 cups matchstick cut carrots
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Steps:

  • Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium high eat. Add snow peas and carrots to pan. Cook, stirring often 8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender. Stir in soy sauce and remove from heat.
