6 1/2 cups water
3 1/4 white vinegar
2/3 cup kosher salt
1 teaspoon alum
2 garlic cloves
8 heads dill

Steps:

  • Dissolve in 1 gallon glass jar.
  • Pack with clean cucumbers.
  • Put on lid.
  • Let stand in the sun for 48 hours.
  • Chill in frig until gone.
