- Combine butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Mix 1/4 cup melted butter with corn flakes; sprinkle over top.
- Cover and bake at 450°F for 45 minutes.
