Southern Peanut Butter Cream Pie image

This is a very rich pie with a peanut butter pudding filling and a meringue topping. Sometimes I use whipped cream instead of the meringue. This pie is as southern as it gets.

This pie is a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's still a good dessert. I would recommend using less sugar in the filling if you're not a fan of overly sweet desserts.
