Southern Style Crock Pot Ham image

Practically a no brainer recipe! A sweet and somewhat spicy paste encases the ham, and the result is a wonderful down home entree!

Number Of Ingredients 5

5 lbs canned ham or 5 lbs semi-boneless ham
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 cup Coke

Steps:

  • Combine brown sugar, dry mustard, horseradish with enough of the coke to form a paste.
  • Smear all over the ham.
  • Place ham with the remaining coke in a crock pot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
