Southern Tea Vegetable Sandwiches image

This was served at all wedding receptions, bridal showers, baby showers etc. at my mother's house. It is a great sandwich with cream cheese as its base and lots of grated vegetables. No one was allowed to get married without these at the wedding. From the big plastic bag of my mother's recipes.

I've made these sandwiches several times now, and they're always a hit. They're so easy to make, and they're always a crowd-pleaser.

These sandwiches were good, but I found that the bread was a little too dry. I would recommend using a different type of bread, or toasting the bread before assembling the sandwiches.

I'm not a huge fan of vegetables, but I really enjoyed these sandwiches. The tea mixture made the vegetables taste so much better.

These are the best tea sandwiches I've ever had! The bread was soft and fluffy, the vegetables were fresh and crisp, and the tea mixture was perfectly sweet and tangy.

These sandwiches were really good, but I found that they were a little too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less sugar in the tea mixture.
