Steps:
- Soak ancho chili peppers in hot water X 15 minutes; drain and chopped. Add all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on hi X 8-10 hrs. Depending on your cooker, it may take longer or shorter for the beans to soften. After 6 hrs, start checking every hour unless you have cooked these type beans before in your cooker.
