I've made these stuffed peppers several times now and they're always a hit! They're easy to make and the flavor is incredible. I love that I can customize them to my liking by adding different vegetables or cheeses.

These peppers were delicious! I used ground turkey instead of beef and they were still very flavorful. I also added some chopped zucchini and carrots to the filling. The peppers were cooked perfectly and the filling was moist and flavorful.
