Never cared to much for Couscous until I tried this one.Quick,easy and yummy.

Steps:
- 1. Bring 1 cup water and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan,gradually stir in couscous.Remove from heat,cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
- 2. While couscous stands,combine lime juice,olive oil and cumin in a large bowl,stir with a whisk. Stir in beans and next 3 ingredients. Add Couscous,toss gently with a fork and serve
