Southwestern Eggs Benedict with Avocado Sauce image

I frequently make this spicy spinoff of classic eggs Benedict for my husband, who loves breakfast. I like the heat from the jalapenos and also that the avocado sauce is a healthier substitute for the usual hollandaise sauce. -Kara Scow, McKinney, Texas

I thought this dish was just okay. The avocado sauce was a bit bland and the eggs were a bit overcooked. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

This dish was a bit too rich for my taste. The avocado sauce was very heavy and the eggs were a bit too runny. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

This dish was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I can see how others would enjoy it. The avocado sauce was good, but I think I would have preferred a more traditional Hollandaise sauce.
