This is a great dressing over a fruit cup of grapes, mango, papaya, kiwi, orange and berries. It is enough dressing for approximately 4 cups of fruit.

This dressing is a great way to use up leftover fruit. I always have fruit that's about to go bad, so I throw it all into this dressing and it turns out great!

I was a bit hesitant to try this dressing because I'm not a big fan of cilantro. But I'm so glad I did! The cilantro adds a really nice freshness to the dressing, and it's not overpowering at all.
