Steps:
- 1. I used 1 teaspoon of southwest seasoning as a substitution for the picante seasoning it tasted just fine.
- 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, green pepper, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, frozen corn, green onion, picante seasoning, bread crumbs, eggs, picante sauce, green chiles, cheese, olives and chili sauce.
- 4. Mix well with your hands.
- 5. Place into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan and bake for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.
