Soy-Lemon Dipping Sauce image

Tamari soy sauce is similar to regular soy sauce but is slightly thicker and has a richer flavor. It is available at most grocery stores. Besides being the perfect condiment for Broiled Black-Pepper Tofu, this sauce makes a nice addition to Soba Noodles with Vegetables and Mint -- just drizzle a little bit on top.

This sauce is a bit too sweet for my taste. I'll try reducing the amount of honey next time.
