I'm not really sure where I got this recipe. It's written in my handwriting on a 3x5 card that's stained with soy sauce. This makes a good marinade for beef or pork.

This marinade is a bit too salty for my taste. I would recommend using less soy sauce or adding some other ingredients to balance out the flavor.

I'm not a huge fan of soy sauce, but I really enjoyed this marinade. The other ingredients, like the honey and garlic, really balance out the flavor of the soy sauce.

This marinade is so easy to make, and it really packs a punch of flavor. I love that it has a little bit of sweetness, a little bit of sourness, and a little bit of heat. It's the perfect balance of flavors.
