SPAGHETTI PIZZA AKA BAKED SPAGHETTI
This recipe takes me back to the 1970's, when adding a little extra to a meal meant adding pepperoni instead of an upscale wine. In my part of West Virginia, we called this "Spaghetti Pizza." I hadn't thought of it for YEARS, since my 3 kids emptied the nest, until one of my favorite cooking blogs, Southern Bite, posted a Baked...

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly mist the inside of a 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
- 2. Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain.
- 3. Mix cooked pasta with spaghetti sauce.
- 4. Pour pasta into the prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese & pepperoni or other pizza toppings.
- 5. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted & bubbly.
- 6. Serve hot with a tossed green salad and garlic bread.
