Steps:
- 1. Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs. Combine dry ingredients in a seperate bowl. Stir half of the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture. Stir in the zucchini. Add the remaining dry ingredients. Add nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into a greased loaf pan (9x5x3). Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 min. Makes one loaf.
