SPICY CHIPOTLE MAYONNAISE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, plus more to taste
1 1/2 teaspoons puréed canned chipotle peppers in adobo
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh
cilantro leaves
4 large garlic cloves, grated or minced (about 1 heaping tablespoon)
1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Put the mayonnaise in a small bowl. Whisk in the olive oil and the lemon juice. Add the puréed chipotle, cilantro, half of the garlic and salt and stir to combine. 2. Taste, and add more garlic, lemon juice and/or salt to taste.
