2 tablespoons hot chili oil
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
4 cloves garlic minced or pressed

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my wings didn't turn out crispy at all. They were still tasty, but not what I was hoping for.

The wings were a little dry, but the sauce was delicious. I would try this recipe again, but I would cook the wings for a shorter amount of time.

I followed the recipe exactly and the wings came out great. The only thing I would change is to add more garlic.

I love spicy food, but these wings were too hot for me. I could only eat a few before I had to stop. But my husband loved them!
