This gazpacho was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I would recommend using less jalapeƱo pepper next time.

I'm not usually a fan of spicy food, but this gazpacho was delicious! The spice was subtle and didn't overpower the other flavors.

This spicy gazpacho was incredibly easy and fast to make using my immersion blender. There was no need to wash several bowls or a food processor. I will make this more often during the hot summer months.
