5 1/4 cups water
1 1/3 cups millet
3/4 tsp dill seed
3/4 tsp dill weed
1/4 tsp. Celery seed
1 tsp tiny red peppers
3/4 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp onion or celery salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning or sage
2 tbs lecithin granules
2 tbs nutritional yeast flakes*
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
2 tbs mock "chicken" boullion
This ingredient is a non-active yeast (not baking or brewers yeast). It has a lot of minerals and is also high in vitamin B12. The preferred variety is grown on molasses. It can be found in health food or whole food stores.

Steps:

  • Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 350ยบ for 1 hour.
