Spicy Three-Pepper Rub image

This recipe was attached to a sample I received at a food show. Recipe developed by the Beef and Veal Culinary Center of the National Cattlemen's Beef Association.

2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Shake before using.
  • Store in airtight container.
