Spicy Tuna Sandwich image

This is a great way to serve tuna from a can. The more horseradish, the spicier. Delicious quick lunch or dinner!

Overall, I thought this sandwich was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

The bread was too soggy for my liking. I would recommend toasting the bread before assembling the sandwich.

The tuna salad was a bit bland for my taste. I would have liked it to have more flavor.

This sandwich is a bit too spicy for me, but I still enjoyed it. Next time I'll use less cayenne pepper.

I made a few modifications to the recipe and it turned out even better than I expected. I added some diced celery and red onion to the tuna salad, and I used a spicy mayo instead of regular mayo.
