Steps:
- 1. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
- 2. Place in crockpot.
- 3. Combine the remaining ingredients, except parsley, and pour over meat.
- 4. Cover and cook on low 10 hours.
- 5. Remove the meat and slice.
- 6. Thicken sauce with flour mixed in a small amount of water and serve over meat sprinkled with chopped parsley.
